How to Dress for your body type (male edition)

This project began as a small, playful idea that I shared on Threads around June 2024. The positive response encouraged me to continue, and as I became more confident in video editing—especially after the success of my first video on the background of fashion items (focusing on the changes in shoes from the 1700s to 1800s)—I decided to develop this project further in 2025.

For this video version of the series, I conducted more detailed research on different body types and used examples that are well-known and familiar to people in Hong Kong, making it easier for viewers to reference (considering physical size and height). The series used a humour-driven approach to foster a playful, approachable tone that fit Instagram Reels’ style. The series spans the period when I was still studying at university and continues now, even after my graduation.
